Throughout the PlayAll community, all times for games and events are given in UTC.
UTC stands for Coordinated Universal Time and is used widely across the internet as a standard, synchronised time.
Our members are located throughout Europe in a variety of time zones. So, to reduce confusion and make sure that there can be no misunderstandings or unfairness, PlayAll uses one standard time for all games played on our servers.
Within FragLive, you choose which server you want to join based on the game, mode and the cost/earnings per frag or you just play on a FREE server.
Player accounts are automatically updated every time you play on a PlayAll CA$H server and your account balance is viewable in real time via the server overlay, meaning that you always know what you are playing for and what you have left to play with!
In the same way, all your statistics (just for CA$H member) and rankings will also be updated real-time and viewable in your profile before, during or after you play.
There are no time limits on the FragLive servers - FREE and CA$H- you are free to connect and leave as you choose; as long as you have enough balance on your account to compete on a CA$H sever!
Best of all, there is also no limit to the amount that you can play for and win on FragLive CA$H servers.
If you want to join a FragLive server, you must also ensure that you are a CA$H member and that you have sufficient balance on your PlayAll account.
By simply clicking the 'connect'-button on the server you wish to join, either via the GAMES section on the PlayAll website or via the FragLive/Free Server function in GamerClient you can start playing.
FREE server are available for every PlayAll member. It is totally free to join and play a FREE server.
CA$H server are only available for PlayAll CA$H members, because here you can play for stakes.
Please make sure you have these two commands in your player config which can be found in:
C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\Main\config_mp.cfg:
- seta cl_maxpackets "60"
- seta rate "8000"
If punkbuster says you are being kicked for another command please try bringing down your Call of Duty console ingame and typing in the command it advises you to change your settings too.
A PlayAll Challenge is your chance to test your skills against your friends, team-mates or other PlayAll members.
A Challenge server will be set up automatically and is only used for the created challenge. Only allowed players can join the server and every player will be automatically put into the right team.
You can find all details of your challenge by clicking on the desired challenge in the challenge overview. Now you can see details like the height of the Stake or the maps that will be played.
As Admin of a team you are automatically the leader of your team and responsible for everyone’s participation.
The Challengee (player you have Challenged) will be notified of the Challenge and can view and negotiate the Challenge details before they decide to accept or decline the Challenge.
If the Challengee declines the Challenge, the Challenge will be canceled.
If the Challengee accepts the Challenge, the Challenge will be listed on the 'Challenge Overview' page.
Once a Challenge has been accepted, the Challengee must then choose their team players and a map to play during the game.
The Challenger and Challengee must both wait for any invited team players to accept or decline their invitation to compete in the Challenge.
If either team does not have enough players to compete in the Challenge, then they will be given the option to cancel the Challenge.
If there are no problems, the Challenge will be played at the agreed time
If the Challenge is cancelled with more than one hour left before it should start, every player’s stake will be fully refunded.
If there is less than an hour before the Challenge should take place, the cancelling player/team will only receive a 50% stake refund.
If the Challenge should already have started and one player/team doesn’t show up within the first 30 minutes, that player/team will only get back 50% of their stake.
If both players/teams do not show up, both will only get back 50%.
However, if there are technical issues with the Challenge server, all players will get a full stake refund.
Yes, there are. There are lots of penalties to assure fairness. Teams will be punished if they will not compete; they will be credited only 50% of their stakes. Furthermore you will be punished if you do not confirm your team’s ready for gaming. To confirm, you will need an admin in every team who should be first being on the server- and, of course, who should take part as well. In case the admin has not confirmed and a first round has already been played, a 1000 points will be credited to the opposing team and the challenge is lost. If both parties decide to leave the server at the same time and do not mark the teams as “ready” and have played a first round, the game will be cancelled considering the current score. In that case, the team having the highest score will be the winner!
Currently, you can play TrackMania Nations Forever in PlayAll’s RacingZone. If your favourite racing games are not currently supported, please keep checking with us as we make additions to this section.

Firstly, please check that you have downloaded and installed GamerClient on your computer and that your firewall or security software allows GamerClient’s connection to the internet.
This error may also be caused by insufficient balance in your account. You can easily solve this issue by crediting your account using any of the funding options available.
If you do not have a (legal) copy of the game which you wish to play installed on your computer, please install a (valid) copy of the game before reconnecting to the server.
If you continue to experience problems during connection, or believe that your account may have been suspended without your knowledge, contact us at Support@PlayAll.com
TDM (or Team DeathMatch) is a PlayAll mode in which players compete in two opposing teams, with each team having its own frag count. The purpose of the game is to work together with your teammates to kill or damage your opponent team and/or secure the game’s objective.
To keep the game as fair as possible and avoid any unfairness (i.e. one team being overbalanced with high ranking players), teams are auto-assigned on PlayAll servers. So, when you join a TDM server, you are automatically placed into the team with the lowest overall rank to support them.
PlayAll does not allow players to select their own team on a TDM server.
We do, however, appreciate that sometimes you will want to play together as a team with your buddies. So, why not create a PrivateServer and invite your buddies to join you?

• GamerClient Anti-Cheat – PlayAll’s own purpose-built security software
• Punkbuster – Published by Evenbalance.Inc; an anti-cheat program deployed in several multiplayer FPS games.
• Standard manufacturing software – included in most videogames and providing an additional layer of protection.
• GUID verification – a unique code, specific to the game and computer on which it is played, this is collected by the server upon each connection and used to verify the players identity.
To do this, we must establish to the best of our abilities that our members are who they say they are.
This information is only used internally by PlayAll and will never be shared by a third party.
A Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) is a numerical code, randomly generated by the combination of soft- and hardware installed within a computer and unique to each player. Because of the secure, exclusive nature of all GUIDs, PlayAll uses this coding system to verify each member’s identity as they join a server. The first time any player joins a game with PlayAll, GamerClient will automatically register the GUID into the PlayAll database.
You can join a PlayAll server without registering your GUID. PlayAll detects each user’s GUID automatically on connection to its servers.
Warning: If a wrong GUID was entered on your account, you will need to contact PlayAll at guid@PlayAll.com or via the Support section. A registered GUID can not be changed by the USER!

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a precise duration for any withdrawal once the funds have left your PlayAll account.
The funds in your PlayAll account are divided into Credits and Money.
Credits are PlayAll′s own internal currency, which is awarded for various activities and paid directly into your PlayAll account or funded to your PlayAll account via your My Payment centre. Details of any ongoing events and promotions can be found in the ′News′ section of the website and in GamerClient.
Money is real world currency which you win on PlayAll.
When you start playing on a PlayAll server, your stake is automatically deducted from your Credits. As soon as your Credits reach 0€ your stake will be deducted from the Money in your account.
The main difference between Credits and Money is the way in which you can accumulate it: Money is paid into your account for every frag you score in FragLive or Challenge you win. Credits can be gained by participating in an event or promotion with a Credits reward or by depositing money into your PlayAll Account.
Please note, some events also feature Money rewards.
The most important difference (and one you really need to bear in mind when ′cashing out′) between Credits and Money is that Money can be withdrawn from your account, whereas Credits can only be used on PlayAll.
If you have any feedback regarding Bonus Money or suggestions on ways we can improve our services, please contact us via eMail to Feedback@PlayAll.com.
