If you encounter problems within Call of Duty being kicked from the Playall Servers it may well be a Punkbuster issue with your player config.
Please make sure you have these two commands in your player config which can be found in:
C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\Main\config_mp.cfg:
- seta cl_maxpackets "60"
- seta rate "8000"
If punkbuster says you are being kicked for another command please try bringing down your Call of Duty console ingame and typing in the command it advises you to change your settings too.

If the Challengee declines the Challenge, the Challenge will be canceled.
If the Challengee accepts the Challenge, the Challenge will be listed on the 'Challenge Overview' page.
Once a Challenge has been accepted, the Challengee must then choose their team players and a map to play during the game.
The Challenger and Challengee must both wait for any invited team players to accept or decline their invitation to compete in the Challenge.
If either team does not have enough players to compete in the Challenge, then they will be given the option to cancel the Challenge.

If the Challenge should already have started and one player/team doesn’t show up within the first 30 minutes, that player/team will only get back 50% of their stake.
If both players/teams do not show up, both will only get back 50%.

Yes, there are. There are lots of penalties to assure fairness. Teams will be punished if they will not compete; they will be credited only 50% of their stakes. Furthermore you will be punished if you do not confirm your team’s ready for gaming. To confirm, you will need an admin in every team who should be first being on the server- and, of course, who should take part as well. In case the admin has not confirmed and a first round has already been played, a 1000 points will be credited to the opposing team and the challenge is lost. If both parties decide to leave the server at the same time and do not mark the teams as “ready” and have played a first round, the game will be cancelled considering the current score. In that case, the team having the highest score will be the winner!
