To help us to establish the
legal identity of all PlayAll members, we need to collect and verify specific
personal data. Due to the financial nature of PlayAll’s services and
the potential for abuse which may result from a desire to make some ‘quick
cash’, we need to insure ourselves against any negative outcome.
To do this, we must establish to the best of our abilities that our members
are who they say they are.
This information is only used internally by PlayAll and will never be
shared by a third party.

PlayAll’s servers and
community incorporate many varied and complementing anti-cheat protection
measures.
• GamerClient Anti-Cheat – PlayAll’s own purpose-built
security software
• Punkbuster – Published by Evenbalance.Inc; an anti-cheat
program deployed in several multiplayer FPS games.
• Standard manufacturing software – included in most videogames
and providing an additional layer of protection.
• GUID verification – a unique code, specific to the game and
computer on which it is played, this is collected by the server upon each
connection and used to verify the players identity.

A Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) is a numerical code, randomly generated by the combination of soft- and hardware installed within a computer and unique to each player. Because of the secure, exclusive nature of all GUIDs, PlayAll uses this coding system to verify each member’s identity as they join a server. The first time any player joins a game with PlayAll, GamerClient will automatically register the GUID into the PlayAll database.
You can join a PlayAll server without registering your GUID. PlayAll detects each user’s GUID automatically on connection to its servers.
Warning: If a wrong GUID was entered on your account, you will need to contact PlayAll at guid@PlayAll.com or via the Support section. A registered GUID can not be changed by the USER!
