You may log in to PlayAll using
any computer, provided you use your own login details and are aware that your
password and other details are at risk.
PlayAll accepts no liability for the safety and integrity of your account
when accessed by a third party.
If you wish to play games with PlayAll using another computer, you will
need to make sure that the game you wish to play is installed and that your
GUID is correct.
To alter your GUID, contact PlayAll via eMail to guid@PlayAll.com with
details of the changes you wish to make.

Games ’crash’ for a number of reasons. If your game crashes on PlayAll, your GamerClient will record an error code and provide a link to check the error description and any possible solutions on the PlayAll website.

This is a known issue and every effort is being made to provide a definite solution.
As a temporary solution, we suggest disabling the Steam in-game overlay (if applicable) or the GamerClient overlay under “Settings > Overlay”. The game should now play without further problems.

In some cases, errors may occur when using some versions of Windows Vista in combination with PlayAll and/or GamerClient.
If you cannot connect, this is usually corrected by rebooting your computer and logging into your GamerClient as usual.
If problems persist, you may also try redownloading and installing the latest version of GamerClient, which is available via our Download section.

If COD4 hangs while joining a PlayAll server using the GamerClient, you could try to remove the PA-Mod from the COD4 Mod directory or disabling the overlay in the GamerClients settings.
